My purpose is to inspire those who seek a deeper connection with themselves, recognise who they are, use their strengths, and thus feel more fulfilled, and live consciously authentic autonomous.

My approach focuses on cultivating inner awareness, encouraging students to tune into their sensations, and fostering a balanced state of mind. My teaching is grounded in creating an inclusive, nurturing and compassionate space where everyone can feel seen, heard, and valued, while using movement, breathwork, and relaxation to promote healing and connection.
